Purchases
All purchases are to
be made payable to the Spy Yard in United States dollars. Acceptable
forms of payment are: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Cashiers
Check or Money Order. Personal Checks WILL BE accepted but product
will not ship until check clears our bank. Sorry, no C.O.Ds
accepted. All orders must be pre-paid.

Sales Tax
All purchases shipped
within the state of Tennessee are subject to an 9.25%
sales tax.

International
Purchases
International
purchases must be pre-paid in United States dollars. Acceptable
forms of payment include: Cash, Cashiers Check or
Money Order. Credit Cards or Personal Checks are not accepted.
Please contact the Spy Yard For shipping costs via the phone or
E-Mail. You will obtain an order number and an approximate time
frame when your product will be shipped. The Spy Yard is not
responsible for other countries taxes, duties or import
restrictions. It will be the responsibility of the recipient of the
product to cover these costs if any and to check their import regulations.
Night vision CANNOT be shipped internationally.

Credit Card Orders
All Credit Card orders
must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. A signature
will be required at the time of delivery.
For the protection of the card holder, billing information will be checked
at the issuing bank.
*Due to the extremely
unfair business practices in the way American Express deals with it's
on-line customers, We no longer accept their card on line.
Any Amex orders must be phoned in and we will only ship to the billing
address of the card, no exceptions.*

Shipping and Turn
Around Time
Shipping on all orders
under $10.00 is $1.95. Orders between $10.01 and $50.00 is $5.95 per order. Orders between $50.01 and
$200.00 will be $8.95. Orders between $200.01 and $500.00 will be $13.95.
Orders between $$500.01 and $1000.00 will be $18.95. Any order over
1000.00 will be $25.00. Check individual products for estimated shipping times. If a delay in shipping is anticipated, the Spy Yard will
contact you. Feel free to E-Mail us of the availability of
products. Once a product is shipped it no longer becomes the
responsibility of the Spy Yard. All products are shipped in a
generic package.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of
the products that the Spy Yard sells and that most people who need our
products only need to use them once, all sales from the Spy Yard are final
and returns on most products will not be accepted. All products are
inspected prior to shipping for defects. On items that can be
returned (call or E-Mail) a 25% re-stocking fee will be assed.
Returned products MUST have an original receipt and a Return Merchandise
number accompanying the product which can be obtained from the Spy
Yard. Damaged items will not be accepted. Custom built
products will not be accepted. Shipping costs on returned products
are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation
Any product cancelled
prior to shipping will be assessed a 15% processing and restocking fee.
Custom built products cannot be cancelled due to the fact that
construction of the item begins upon receipt of the purchase price.
