SHIPPING

Shipping on all orders is free to the lower 48 states on totals over $50.00.  On orders below 50 shipping is calculated based on weight and destination of the customer via UPS or USPS, depending on what method the customer chooses to use.

RETURNS

The Spy Yard takes returns on defective items for up to 30 days on some of our products.  On items used for detection and or surveillance, we offer exchanges for similar items if defective.  Due to the nature of our unique items, we cannot offer refunds on items that in many cases have a one time use.

We do charge a 5% restock fee on all returns of non-damaged items to cover our costs in processing and credit card transaction fees.  In order for us to accept a return the item must have an RA # which can be obtained from Spy Yard.  The item also must be in the original box and be in re-sellable condition.
